SSI PROFESSIONAL ONBOARDING

SSI Professional Onboarding from $1950

Join the SSI family and become part of the worlds fastest training agency

SSI was created in the United States in 1970 by a small group of dive store owners.  Their goal was to offer more comprehensive training solutions for dive stores.   The result today is that SSI not only leads the industry in the quality of training material, but it supports SSI stores and their dive professionals with flexible training, paperless systems and financial incentives.

Why join SSI?

Over the past several years, more and more dive stores around the world have switched to SSI.  So for many dive professionals, becoming an SSI professional creates more job opportunities.

But there’s more reasons than this.

  • Annual memberships fees are significantly lower than other training agencies.
  • Professional financial incentives. With every course completed, the instructor receives SSI points.  These points tally up at the end of the year and act as credit against your renewal fees. So the more you teach, the less you have to pay at renewal time.
  • SSI flexibility rule.  Instructors have the freedom to adjust the skill order and course pacing to suit individual learning needs.  Of course, the skills still needs to be in order of complexity i.e you cannot teach a mask removal before teaching a partial flood followed by a full flooded mask.

If you are an active scuba instructor or divemaster certified by a training agency like RAID, PADI or SDI, you can onboard/crossover to SSI to teach their programs.
